
Carrier Delivery
Product delivery within Ukraine is primarily carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service. Payment terms and delivery time depend on the product selected and the delivery location. If you wish to use another carrier, you must specify this in your order and coordinate it with our manager. Please note that delivery by another carrier may take an extra day compared to Nova Poshta.
Delivery by our company vehicle
Delivery by our own transport is available for large-size items, subject to prior agreement on the region, availability of vehicles, and delivery cost. In some cases and for certain products, we offer free delivery directly to your home.
Pickup with your own transport
This delivery method is available if the desired product is in stock at our warehouse or in the store closest to you. If you choose this option, be sure to coordinate all details, including date and approximate time of pickup, with our manager.
Bank transfer
After receiving an invoice from our company by email or any convenient method, you can make the payment at any bank branch or from your business account. In some cases, it is possible to pay directly to the company’s card account.
Cash payment
If you choose to pick up the product from one of our stores, you can pay in cash at the register. If the product is delivered to your address by our vehicle, cash payment to the driver is also possible.
Cash on delivery
You can pay for your order at a Nova Poshta branch upon receipt (COD), provided that you make a minimum prepayment of 10% of the total order value.
By Visa/MasterCard
Orders can be paid online using Visa or MasterCard. Products are shipped only after payment confirmation.
What products are covered by the warranty?

Due to the wide variety of products we offer, please carefully review the specific warranty terms. Different products may have warranty periods ranging from 1 month to 7 years.
Warranty is valid only if the product is in its original packaging and fully complete as it was shipped.

How to send a product for warranty or service repair?
Warranty or service repair delivery, as well as return shipping, is carried out via Nova Poshta.
The shipping cost is calculated based on Nova Poshta’s current tariffs and is covered by the Customer.
Before sending the item, please coordinate all details with our manager.
Product returns
Product returns are accepted in accordance with the current Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Protection” within 14 days from the date of purchase.
